Zorzal / Gultallary, Argentina
Here the main feature is the way the grapes are treated, without the use of pumps. There are four levels for transporting grapes and wines by gravity. The process begins on a stainless steel platform where high-level crushing takes place, passing through the malolactic fermentation cellar in casks and the cask cellar for ageing. The winery has an automatic temperature control system from New Zealand which can be operated by Internet from anywhere in the world. The Zorzal winery has a capacity of 400,000 litres in stainless steel tanks, over 200 casks and storage capacity for 200,000 bottles.
