New Menu for ‘House Casa del Vino’
‘House Casa del Vino’ presented its new menu, which now includes breakfast options and additional categories of delicious Chilean-style sandwiches.

Executive chef Felipe Espinosa’s update menu at the ‘House Casa del Vino’ is more relaxed and offers new alternatives to enjoy at any hour and on any occasion. The classics and long-time favorites such as Squid Ink Risotto (sautéed shellfish with squid ink and Parmesan cheese) or the Fig and Ricotta Red Ravioli are still available, along with new options sure to delight all ages, such as the delicious new ‘House’ sandwich made with thinly sliced beef steak, cheese, onions, pickles, and lettuce, or the ‘Costero’ fried fish sandwich served with tartar sauce and Chilean-style tomato-onion salad. Finally, for those who arrive at odd hours, the menu now offers “All Day” options to satisfy any craving, whether it is breakfast (fruit juice, tea, or coffee with toast, ham, cheese, or avocado) or a sweet basket (a variety of filled pastries, mini-croissant, and a brownie), and others, ensuring that guests will be able to enjoy a range of delicious alternatives at any time of the day.

The children of employees at the Pelequén plant enjoyed their celebration, complete with inflatable games, gifts, and a visit from Santa Claus.

As part of the Grupo Belén holiday celebrations, the employees of the Pelequén plant and their children enjoyed a fun day shortly before Christmas with inflatable games, group activities, and of course, the much-awaited visit from Santa Claus, who had gifts for all the children present.
